I am just shocked at how good my experience was with this business. The level of service I received from every employee was amazing. They promptly addressed my tire situation and recommended a solution. Within an hour my tire was fixed and my problem was solved.

At 4 pm on Sept 9th just outside Grand Juntion I blew 2 tires on my travel trailer. I destroyed tires, rims, hub and brake systems. I thought my vacation to the Grand Canyon / Zion area was done before it started. Luckily a man at the gas station I crawled into recommended Pro Tire. I called Dillon there and explained my situation. I could not get the trailer there until after 6 pm. They dug up the parts I needed from several local businesses and had me back on my vacation by 10 am the next morning at a price I had to have them tell me twice because of how inexpensive it was. I could never have got it done so fast at such a low price where I live. Thank you for saving my vacation.

I dont have sufficient words to express the depth of gratitude . they fit me in on a moments notice, even though it was later in the day, they went above and beyond. and earned a customer for life. thank you

The corporate "box stores" were atleast a couple of hours out, these guys got us in right away and were able to patch our tire. They did a great job shop local and see these guys.

This place is Amazing! Excellent customer service and All the employees are friendly and personable. They make sure to keep you updated on prices of services and the time it will take to do the work. I won't go any where else!
